Authority collects cloth to 7 mln birr revenue |

Harar, October 29 (WIC) – The Harari State Revenue Authority has reportedly collected close to 7 million birr income over the past three months.
Authority Head, Mohammed Ahmed, told today WIC that the revenue was collected from direct and indirect tax
as well as from non-tax income titles.
He said the revenue collected in the reported period is higher than the preceding budget year by more than 1.5 million birr.
He attributed the increase to the implementation of BPR, efficient services and awareness raising education given to the tax payers.
The office is working to collect over 44 million birr this budget year. |
